Vendors are invited to step out from behind their booths and dive into the fun! Be engaging, mingle with guests, and become part of the vibrant energy of the night. 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Vendor Meet & Greet
Kick off the evening with a fun and elegant start to the night! Couples will enjoy a variety of adult beverages, while mingling with vendors in a relaxed, intimate setting. This is your chance to introduce your business and connect with brides and grooms in a personal and engaging way. This is not just a showcase—it’s a fun date night for engaged couples! Help them enjoy the evening by making it all about connection and good vibes. We recommend saving the discussions about pricing and contracts for later; tonight is about building relationships and showing them why you’re the perfect fit for their wedding day.
6:00 PM - 6:45 PM: Dinner Service
Couples will savor a delicious dinner, giving them the opportunity to taste amazing cuisine that could be perfect for their wedding day. Couples will enjoy a delectable multi-course dinner featuring gourmet dishes from a local catering vendor. Following dinner, guests will indulge in an assortment of mouthwatering desserts, providing a sweet end to the dining experience.
6:45 PM - 7:45 PM: Dancing with a Live DJ
Get ready for an unforgettable dance party hosted by iPartyology Entertainment! Couples will hit the dance floor and experience firsthand what an energetic and fun wedding celebration could feel like with the right DJ. Other forms of entertainment will be available during this time to elevate the experience, including photo booths, 360 booths, and photo roamers, giving couples fun ways to create lasting memories. Vendors such as photographers and others are encouraged to join the festivities, as this provides a unique opportunity to connect with couples on a fun and interactive level, building rapport in an engaging atmosphere.
7:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Almost Newlywed Game
Couples will test their knowledge of each other in this fun and engaging game! Big prizes will be awarded to the couple who knows their partner best, adding excitement and joy to the evening.
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Guys Know Everything Game
It’s time for the guys to step up and prove they’re the kings of trivia! This game is packed with fun, as the guys tackle questions every man should know—from sports and cars to random guy facts—all for a chance to win a $50 Visa gift card. Meanwhile, the ladies can enjoy uninterrupted time exploring vendor tables, making connections, and dreaming up their perfect wedding. This fun-filled game keeps everyone entertained and adds a playful twist to the evening!
8:30 PM: Grand Prize Drawing
The night will culminate in the announcement of the Grand Prize Giveaway, featuring high-value wedding add-ons donated by participating vendors. Winners must book a package with the respective vendors to claim their prizes.
9:00 PM: Event Conclusion
The evening will come to a close, leaving couples with wonderful memories, valuable vendor connections, and inspiration for their wedding day.
Vendor Benefits:
We will be taking 100% of profits from vendor tickets and recycling them back into marketing for this show. You read that right. We are not keeping a penny of your money for being apart of the show. We are funneling it into online advertising so that we can have an amazing show and so you can have real value for your money. In turn, this will hopefully create a relationship that will last and benefit all. All we ask from you is for you to be just as excited as we are about it and help us promote where and when you can.

Vendor Requirements:
Table Space: Each vendor will be provided a 6-foot table with linens, two chairs, and access to electricity. Please note that Wi-Fi will not be available at the venue. We recommend downloading any photos, videos, or presentation materials you plan to use beforehand or bringing a mobile hotspot to ensure you’re fully prepared. Your booth will serve as your base of operations for promotional materials such as signage, video demos, and business cards. We do encourage you to step away from your table, mingle with attendees, and actively participate in the event. This approach ensures you make meaningful connections while still having a dedicated space to showcase your services. Notice:
Some vendors will be required to provide a event liability insurance (food & drink services, etc). All other vendors do not need to provide any event insurance for the event. We will notify you immediately if one is needed for your service.
